ARE YOU OPPOSED TO REDUCED HOURS AT OUR POLICE STATIONS?

Police resourcing is a significant issue in Southern Metropolitan Region and we know that there has been a huge increase in crime in our community. Only a few years ago, home invasions and aggravated residential burglaries were not common. Many in our community are now victim to the most aggravated residential burglaries.

The State Labor Government, through Victoria Police, have announced the night time closure of forty three (43) police stations. Many of our police stations will have reduced reception hours or will be closed at night
